Kasundi flavored Baked Chicken Wings

We love chicken wings. It is so easy to make,, just wash it and soak in a marinade of your choice for some time and then pop into a pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes and it is done. We like it so much that we have it almost every Saturday night. This time I have used the marination of Honey and Indian Mustard Sauce, with a hint of garlic paste and the output was fabulous. The best part is it is almost oil less, so very healthy too.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings - 12
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Kasundi or Bengali Mustard sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  •  Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil - 1 tsp (Optional)

Add the honey, kasundi, garlic paste, olive oil, salt and pepper to the chicken wings and rub thoroughly. Marinate in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree C. Bake the chicken wings for 20 - 25 minutes until cooked through. Turn once in between.

Put the oven in broil mode and grill the wings for 5 more minutes. Serve with some more kasundi, or choice of your sauce.
