Creamy Garlic Prawn

Ingredients


  • Prawns - 500 gms      

  • Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1, Chopped 
  • Red Chili Flakes - 1/2 tsp
  • Cashew & Sesame seed paste - 2 tbsp
  • Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Lime Juice - 1tbsp
  • Fresh Chopped Parsley - a handful
  • Olive oil - 1tbsp
  • Butter - 1 tsp
  • Salt & sugar - to taste
  • White Oil - for cooking
  • lemon - 1, juiced

Marinate the prawns with garlic, lemon juice, salt, red chilli flakes and olive oil for 15 minutes.


Add white oil to the pan and fry onions. Make sure, it does not turn brown. Add the marinated prawns and cook till the prawns turn pink.


Add the chopped parsley and mix well. Now add the cahew and sesame seed paste and fry over very low heat. Make sure,,the masalas should not turn brown.
Add the cream with some sprinkle of water and mix the masalas well. Now add 1 cup of warm water.


Cook for 10 minutes over very low heat till the water evaporates and oil comes out of the prawns. Serve hot with plain rice.
