This is the most common fresh chutneys in India which can be made in a jiffy. This requires no cooking, is fresh, spicy , hot , tangy and delicious. It goes well with most Indian snacks and of course with endless types of Indian Kebabs.
Pluck both the leaves and wash really well to get rid of all dirts.. Put everything in a blender and blend away adding the water bit by bit and checking for the consistency as desired.
Ingredients
- mint leaves - 1 bunch
- Corainder leaves - 1 bunch
- Ginger - 1 tsp
- Garlic cloves - 5 - 6
- Chaat Masala - 1 tbsp
- Rock salt as per taste
- 1 green chilies
- Curd - 5 tbsp
- Sugar - a pinch
