This crispy sabudana vada is not only a fun snack but also a preferred fasting food during fasting days or Vrat. .
Soak the sabu dana in water for an hour. Strain and spread in a flat surface so that the moisture goes off. Boil and mash the potatoes after removing the skin. Whiz the peanuts through the mixer to get a powder. Mix all the ingredients except the sabu dana. Combine them thoroughly.

- Potatoes- 4
- Sabu / Sago (big variety)-1 cup
- Roasted peanut-1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds-1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chilly powder-1/2 tsp ( optional)
- Green chilli - 3-4, chopped
- Chopped coriander leaves-a handful
- Oil-to deep fry
