Dahi Fuchka - Indian Street Food

A very famous, ever popular street food of INDIA !!!


  • Ready-made Fuchka / Panipoori / Golgappa
  • Potato - 2, boiled
  • Curd - 100 gms
  • Onion - 1, chopped finely
  • Coriander Leaves - a bunch, chopped finely
  • Tamarind water - 1 cup
  • Sweet Chutney - 2 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder - a pinch
  • Dry Roasted Masalas - 1 tsp
  • Rock Salt
  • Green chilli , 4, chopped finely

Mash the boiled potatoes and mix rock salt, tamarind water, green chillies and dry roasted masalas into it. Keep aside. Season the curd with salt and sugar and keep aside.

Carefully make a hole with your thumb at the centre of the poori and fill some potato mix into it.
Arrange the panipooris on a plate. sprinkle chopped onions, chopped coriander, rock salt, chutneys, masalas and red chilli powder.

Spoon over the curd mixture and serve immediately.
