This soup tastes best with fresh peas available during winter, you can use the frozen one as well.
Add olive oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic slices for 1 minute.
Add the peas with stock. Add salt and pepper and let the peas boil till soft.
Bring together the boiled peas and mint leaves in a blender. Pour half of the boiling milk into the peas and mint leaves. Blend and mix well.
Add the rest of the milk slowly untill you get a smooth, creamy soup. Pour the soup in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
